一、配置及性能说明:
1.系统概述
1.1系统网络概述
上位操作站、工程师站与PLC之间的通讯采用西门子工业以太网,过程控制站采用西门子S7-400系列PLC,采用Profibus-DP方式扩展I/O,I/O模块均采用S7-300系列。配料秤控制柜、辊压机控制柜分别通过Profibus-DP连接到过程控制站。
系统网络上、下位之间及PLC主站之间的通讯为工业以太网,它符合IEEE802.3和IEE802.3U国际标准,协议为TCP/IP,传输介质为超五类屏蔽双绞线或同轴电缆,通讯速度为100M/10M自适应。
下位Profibus总线符合EN50170和IEC61158-2国际标准,本次应用的协议为Profibus-DP,传输介质为屏蔽双绞线,通讯速度为9.6K/S~12M/S间软件设定。
1.2水泥磨控制系统概述及配置说明
控制系统选用德国西门子公司SIMATIC S7-400 控制器及S7-300 的I/O进行信号的采集与处理。控制器为 S7 412-2DP,采用该种方式可满足中等要求的应用。SIMATIC S7-400可编程序控制器是模块化结构设计,各种单独的模块之间可进行广泛的组合以用于扩展.
在每条水泥粉磨线设一控制站,控制站上配置一个通讯卡与控制系统及操作站处理机上的接口卡相连进行通讯。
在水泥库底包装处和水泥输送远程站放置机柜。包装处和水泥输送为独立系统,配置一个控制处理器,型号为CPU400,另外再配置一个 10”彩色触屏。可实现动态流程图显示、趋势图、报警表及操作。
1.3操作站、工程师站概述
操作站和工程师站的硬件均选用DELL计算机,显示器采用19’SONY纯平。包装设10.2”彩色触摸屏操作。
系统软件预装WINDOWS NT4.0/SP6,监控软件为西门子WINCC5.0。
WINCC拥有先进人机界面产品的所有功能,其集成的功能已包括:
图形系统:用于自由地组态画面,并完全通过图形对象进行操作,图形对象具有动态属性并可对属性进行在线组态。
报警信息系统:记录和存储事件并予以显示,可自由选择信息分类、信息显示和报表,操作非常简便。变量存档接收、记录和压缩测量值,用于曲线和图表显示及进一步的编辑功能。
报表系统:用户自由选择一定的报表格式,按时间顺序或事件触发来对信息操作、文档当前数据进行用户报表打印输出。
数据处理:对图形对象的动作使用C语言及C编译器进行编辑。标准接口通过ODBC和SQL访问用于组态和过程数据的SYBASE数据库。
应用程序接口:允许用户编写可用于扩展WINCC基本功能的标准应用程序。
另外,WINCC还提供多种可选软件包。如,通讯开发工具CDK,允许用户开发用于连接数据管理器与任何目标系统的通讯软件。

1. System summary
1.1 System network summary
Communication between upper operating stations, engineer stations and PLC applies Siemens industrial Ethernet, and the process control stations apply Siemens S7-400 series PLC and adopts Profibus-DP to expand I/O, and all I/O module adopts S7-300 series. Batching scale switch cabinet and roller press switch cabinet is connected with process control station by Profibus-DP respectively.
The communication between upper and lower stations in the system network and the communication among PLC main stations applies industrial Ethernet, which accords with IEEE802.3 and IEE802.3U international standard of TCP/IP protocol. The transmission medium is extra-five STP or coaxial cables, and the communication speed is self-adapting for 100M/10M.
Lower Profibus bus accords with EN50170 and IEC61158-2 international standard of Profibus-DP protocol. The transmission medium is STP at communication speed of 9.6K/S- 12M/S according to software settings.
1.2 Description of cement grinding mill control system and configuration
The control system applies Siemens SIMATIC S7-400 controller and S7-300 I/O to collect and process signals. The controller is S7 412-2DP, which can satisfy the application of medium-end requirement. SIMATIC S7-400 programmable controller, module structure design, allows each independent module to make various combinations for extension.
One control station installed in each cement grinding mill line is equipped with one communication card to communicate with interface cards of control system and processors of operation station.
Place cabinet in packaging place under cement tanks and cement conveying distant station. Packaging and cement conveying system are independent systems equipped with control processor of model CPU400 and 10" color touch screen. It can realize the output of dynamic flow diagram, tendency chart, warning form and operations.
1.3 Description of operating station and engineer station
The hardware of operating station and engineer station adopts DELL computers and 19’Sony flat screen. The packaging system is equipped with 10.2 " color touch screen.
The systems software is preinstalled with WINDOWS NT4.0/SP6, and the control software is Siemens WINCC5.0.
Graphic system: free graphic configuration, full operation on graphic objects. Graphic objects are of dynamic attribute which can be configured online.
Alarm information system: record and store events and display with options of information classification, information display and reporting. it is very simple and convenient to operate. Variables recording reception, recording and compressing measurement value are for curve and chart display and further editing functions.
Report system: Users can freely select a certain report form and activate user report printing and output of information operation and current file data in time or event sequence.
Interface of application programs: allow user to write standard application programs to extend WINCC basic functions.

In addition, WINCC offers many optional software packages, like communication developing tool CDK, allowing users to develop communication software for data management device and any goal system.
