2.1勘察目的及任务
受柬埔寨石油化工有限公司委托,我院勘察公司对其拟建的200万T/a炼油厂工程进行岩土工程勘察。勘察目的在于查明与正确评价建筑场地的岩土工程地质条件,为拟建建筑物的设计、施工提供可靠的岩土工程勘察资料。
主要任务和要求如下:
查明勘察场地地层成因、沉积规律、厚度及其岩土工程特性, 地下水赋存情况及其对混凝土腐蚀性。
确定地基土的物理力学性质指标,地基土的承载力,对场地地基土进行均匀性评价,并分别推荐最佳基础方案。

 编制原则
 依据中国标准、行业标准等有关规范规程,结合实际情况,在充分搜集、分析和利用已有资料的基础上,力求采用新技术、新方法、新工艺,开展综合勘探。
开展工程地质调查和测绘,在地质调查测绘的基础上,结合场地条件和各类(段)工程特点及技术要求,合理调整勘察工作量。
 查明和评价地基土的特性和地层的物理力学性质,以满足设计要求,为施工图设计提供所需勘察资料及岩土设计参数。
2.3勘察手段及工作量布置原则
2.3.1 钻探
2.3.1.1目的
用于鉴别岩性、划分地层,查明岩土的性质和分布;观测地下水静止水位;采取岩土试样与水样;为原位测试、波速等测试提供条件。
2.3.1.2 方法
根据工程特点、场地条件、地层情况及技术要求选用钻探设备、钻探方法及施工工艺,拟采用SH-30钻机钢套管护壁回转钻进及冲击钻进(主要)。地下水埋藏较深时,采用挖竖井或槽探的方法对岩土芯样进行野外鉴别与记录。
2.3.1.3 钻探技术要求
1)每回次钻进深度根据地层情况及勘探目的决定。对于全孔连续取芯,回次进尺控制在1.0m以内。岩芯采取率:粘性土≥90%,粉土≥90%,砂土≥70%。选有代表性岩性的钻孔及特殊性岩芯,保留岩芯并拍摄彩色照片,在报告中提供并加注文字说明。Each depth of drilling is determined according to the stratum 2)每台钻机配备一名专业钻探记录员记录施工情况,量测钻探进尺。钻孔深度、变层深度、地下水位深度的测量应完整可靠且最小读数为厘米, 量测误差不超过±2cm。每钻进10m必须校尺一次。在更换钻具后,应及时校尺,以免出现尺寸误差。结孔时必须校尺一次,确保钻孔深度符合规定要求。

2.1The purpose and task of the survey
Entrusted by Kampuchea Petroleum Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., our research company will carry on the survey to the rock soil project of 2 million T/a oil refinery plant that it plans to build. The purpose of this survey is to find out and evaluate the rock soil project geological condition of the construction field, which can provide the rock soil project survey materials for its design and construction.
The main task and requirements are as follows:
Find out and reconnoitre the stratum cause of field, sediment rules, thickness and its rock soil project characteristic, groundwater storage situation and its corrosivity to the concrete.
Confirm the physics mechanics property index of the subsoil, its weight of strength, and carry on the appraisal of homogeneity to the subsoil in the field and then recommend the best base scheme separately.

 compilation principle
 According to Chinese standard, the profession standard and the relevant standard regulations etc, combine the actual conditions, on the basis of fully collecting, analyzing and utilizing the existed materials, endeavor to adopt new technology, new method and new craft, and explore synthetically.
Launch the geological survey of the project and the mapping, on the basis of geological survey mapping, combine the location condition and all kinds of (section) project characteristic and technical requirement, and adjust the reconnaissance work load reasonably.
 Find out and appraise the foundation soil characteristic and the stratum physics mechanical properties, in order to satisfy the designing requirement, and provide the required reconnaissance materials and rock soil design parameter for the construction drawing design.
2.3Reconnaissance means and workload arrangement principle
2.3.1 drilling
2.3.1.1 objective
Used for distinguishing the lithological character, dividing the stratum, find out property and distribution of the rock soil; Observe the resting water level of groundwater; Adopt the rock soil test specimen and the water sample; and offer the condition for in-situ test and wave velocity test ,etc.
2.3.1.2 method
According to the project characteristic, the location condition, the stratum situation and technical requirement, select the drilling equipment, the drilling method and the construction techniques, plan to adopt SH-30 rig steel thimble rotation drilling and high-frequency drilling (mainly). When the groundwater is buried relatively deep, adopt vertical drilling or the trenching method to distinguish and record the rock soil core sample on the site.
2.3.1.3 technical requirement of drilling
1)Each depth of drilling is determined according to the stratum situation and the exploration goal. As to the whole hole coring continuously, the footage once is limited to 1.0m. The adopting rate of core: Viscous soil ≥ 90%, powder soil ≥ 90%, sand soil ≥ 70%. Select the boring and particularity core of the representative lithology, keep core and take the color photo, offer and annotate the replenishment writing explanation in the report.
2)Each drilling rig is equipped with a specialized drilling recorder recording construction situation; gauging the drilling footage. The bore hole depth, layers depth the and underground water table measurement of depth should the integrated and reliable, the minimum reading is centimeter, the measuring error does not exceed ±2cm. check each time while drilling every10m. After replacing the drilling tool, should check promptly, in order to avoid the size error. While finishing the hole, the hole must be checked one time, guaranteeing that the drill hole depth conform to the stipulated requirement.
