二、主要部件构造要求
1、铁 芯：采用优质晶粒取向冷轧硅钢片。其型号为：（原装进口）生产厂家：日本新日铁 （川崎，德国）
2、绕 组：采用无氧铜绝缘导线。绕组的焊接处和换位处用采用丹尼森绝缘材料包扎。
线圈压板采用足够强度的绝缘材料。
3、壳 体：使用钢板焊接制造，其强度符合国家标准，钢板材质为：Q235号热轧钢板。在喷漆前，应进行喷砂处理，油漆符合国家行业标准，外表漆膜均匀光亮。支托架底脚纵、横向中心距，必须按国标GB/T6451.4-95的规定。

若储油柜与变压器本体分开运输时，厂家应带足够的合格的变压器油，以便在变压器安装后补充。为了弥补变压器在运输和安装过程中碰掉的油漆，卖方在发货时应带与变压器外壳颜色一样的油漆，以便买方进行修补；补漆不少于2kg。变压器除按规定带有所需的附属装置外，其它必需的元器件配齐。
四、技术要求及技术约定
1、变压器可以在正常过负荷和事故过负荷的情况下运行。正常过负荷可以经常使用，其允许值根据变压器的负荷曲线、冷却介质的温度以及过负荷前变压器所带的负荷等来确定；制造厂家提供变压器的过负荷特性曲线。
2、 变压器可以在满负荷状态下长期运行。
3、 散热器在出厂前应进行冲洗，冲洗后其法兰口应进行密封处理；买方在安装现场将不再进行冲洗；安装后，散热片之间应可靠连接固定，不得晃动，不漏渗油。

2.Winding：Oxygen free copper insulated conductor. The welded parts and transpositions on the windings are wrapped up with Denison insulation material.
Winding clamping plate is made with insulation material with sufficient strength.
3 .Shell：manufactured with welded steel plates，with its strength in compliance with the national standard, the quality of the steel plate：Q235 hot rolled steel plate. Prior to spray paint，the steel plates are sandblasted, the paint is in line with the industrial standard，paint film on the surface is uniform and bright. In case the conservator and transformer are shipped separately, the manufacturer shall bring sufficient acceptable transformer oil to replenish the transformer after the installation. To repair the paint scratched from the transformer in the process of transit and installation, the seller shall supply the paint in the same color with the surface of the transformer on delivery to facilitate the buyer to repair; the additional paint shall not be less than 2kg. In addition of the specified attachments to the transformer, the necessary components and parts shall also be supplied.
ⅣTechnical Requirement and technical Convention
(1) The transformer is able to operate under the conditions of normal overload and accident overload. The normal overload can be used frequently，its permissible value shall be determined according to the load curve of the transformer, the temperature of cooling medium and the load of the transformer before the overload takes place, etc.；The characteristic curve of overload of the transformer shall be supplied by the manufacturer.
(2) The transformer is able to operate under full load for a long time.
(3)Flush the radiator before delivery and seal the flange opening after flushing；the buyer needn’t flush the flange on installation site；on completion of installation，the radiators shall be connected securely and reliably，without shaking and leakage.
